If you receive an order that is damaged, misprinted, or broken, you can submit a claim request within 5 days of delivery.

To file a claim, please email us at bellaorcreationspvtltd@gmail.com with a proper unboxing video and images of the product showing the defect, along with the original packaging. We will reprint and ship a new product to you.

If you wish to exchange or return a product due to ordering the wrong size or for any reason without defects, please email us at bellaorcreationspvtltd@gmail.com or on our whatsapp number.
